The conference was excellent. The location setting is so nice and it has a really nice air to it. It should stay at one of our sites. More Volunteers should be recognized, we have so many, its a shame to only honor one. The long time employees were given a nod, very nice, they also should receive a thank you gift(maybe a $50 gift card to Target, etc.). The Disney Speaker was super great! She was full of energy, excitement, ideas, etc...Way to go!! Kathryn and Mick are always a treat. They make us laugh, smile and feel appreciated. Great job Ecumen, thank you for all you do for us.

I would like to see the conference available to more front line staff. Possibly a lottery and the winners get to come, with pay, for the excitement of the conference. The front line staff are what can make or break our home, so any additional recognition they can receive, would go a long way. The day reflected much work by the committee but they provided an excellent day.

Being new to Ecumen, I thought the conference was very engaging and I would have liked to see more vendors from each area of expertise in our facilities. Dining, Environmental services, social services and list goes on. This was by far the best Leadership Conference I have been to and would like to thank everyone who worked so hard.

A few years ago the award ceremony was more exciting. Can we bring that back?! Make it more special like before! Duluth is a great idea.

I love the idea of going to Duluth. We could arrive early-network-meet with our peers-see a different city for a change.

It was a great conference. In the future, consider moving the keynote speaker to the morning when people are more receptive to a longer presentation.
